The Tapley Agency Staff had another great year serving at Marketfest in York Village on October 18 & 19! A fun time was had by all and once again, we look forward to next year’s event as well as other opportunities to be part of our community!
Tapley Insurance is also pleased to announce that we are now a donation drop off location for End 68 Hours of Hunger, a non-profit organization developed to meet the needs of those local school children who confront approximately 68 hours of hunger between the free lunch they receive in school on Friday afternoon, and the free breakfast they receive in school on Monday morning. Currently The End 68 Hours of Hunger Organization is providing food for 19 local children. Donations are accepted for canned food, pasta, mac n cheese, snacks such as goldfish or raisins, anything will help. Food donated is packed by volunteers into backpacks and delivered to the office of participating schools. From there, a school employee delivers the backpacks to the participating students providing two breakfasts, two lunches and three dinners for each child. We are also collecting bottles for the clynk account that has been established to help the children as well.
